What lab testing do the products undergo?
Each individual ingredient is tested prior to arrival with our manufacturer. These tests ensure that no toxins or pesticides are present in the ingredients, that the shelf-life is accurate, and that all other indicators are within the prescribed limits for the safety of our customers.
Once the product is manufactured and in its final form, it is tested again by an independent laboratory to ensure that the psychoactive THC is below the required level.

Are the products allergen free?

Will using CBD make me drowsy?
Drowsiness is not a known side effect, but people respond differently to CBD, which is why we recommend starting with a low dose initially and progressing to stronger ones as required. During this period, you may feel safer not driving or operating heavy machinery.
Can CBD oil make me high?
CBD oil has only trace or undetectable levels of THC which is the chemical compound that reacts with CB-1 receptors to create psychoactive effects or “high”. It is therefore extremely unlikely that CBD would cause this. If you are one of the rare group of people who are THC-sensitive, you many experience a different reaction to the majority of the population, but it is not a psycho-active response.
Is it possible to overdose on CBD?
We recommend that customers start on a lower dose and progress towards higher doses should they feel it necessary. We recommend that no more than 200mg should be consumed daily.
What is the best form in which to take CBD?
This depends on individual preference. The oils are the most easily absorbed with the fastest action. However, for some people the taste can be off putting, although it doesn’t last long. They might prefer to consume tablets or softgels, or take their CBD in an edible form such as jellies. CBD in edibles is slower to break down, so it is absorbed more slowly but the effect lasts longer. For others, a topical application may be more appropriate, for example in skin care or by applying a gel or cream to an affected area.
How do I take CBD oil?
CBD oil is best consumed by holding it under the tongue (sublingually) for a minute before swallowing.
How long will CBD remain in my system?
CBD should remain in the system for up to 5 days, but this will be affected by the individual’s body mass and fitness levels.
Will CBD show up if I have to take a drugs test?
As CBD has less than trace amounts of THC in accordance with UK legislation, it will not show up in a drugs test. However, if you are concerned regarding a compulsory work-related drugs test, we recommend that you “cycle” your consumption by taking breaks at regular intervals to allow your body to process any build up.
